Currently, simpleprojectus primarily ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping in the near future.

What is your return policy for damaged goods?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all our home goods come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure the highest quality for your living space.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed.
